Role as Travel Advisor
Liv A Little Loud LLC operates as an independent travel advisor and concierge service. We design, coordinate, and arrange travel experiences on behalf of our clients but do not own, operate, manage, or control the travel suppliers providing services.
Travel suppliers may include, but are not limited to, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, and local guides (“Suppliers”).
All transportation, accommodations, and experiences are provided solely by these third-party Suppliers.
Supplier Responsibility
Liv A Little Loud is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or performance of any Supplier. Each Supplier operates under its own terms, conditions, and policies.
We are not liable for:
schedule changes or cancellations
mechanical failures
overbookings
service interruptions
accidents or injuries
loss or damage to personal property
financial default or insolvency of a Supplier
By booking travel arrangements, clients agree that responsibility for service delivery rests with the Supplier.
Payment Processing
Depending on the travel arrangement:
Clients may pay Suppliers directly, or
Payments may be processed through Liv A Little Loud on behalf of Suppliers or as part of planning services.
When Liv A Little Loud processes payments, we act solely as an intermediary facilitating travel arrangements. Processing payment through our business does not constitute ownership or operation of travel services.
Supplier terms and cancellation policies apply to all bookings regardless of payment method.
Pricing and Availability
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change without notice until confirmed and paid. Quotes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed until booking is completed.
Currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, and supplier adjustments may affect final pricing.
Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including:
valid passports
visas
vaccination or health documentation
entry permits or transit requirements
Liv A Little Loud is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruption resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. Insurance may provide coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and unforeseen disruptions.
By declining travel insurance, clients assume full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.
Assumption of Travel Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, political instability, weather events, transportation disruptions, and unforeseen global events.
By participating in travel arrangements, clients voluntarily assume all associated risks.
Force Majeure
Liv A Little Loud shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, terrorism, or transportation interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liv A Little Loud LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel arrangements or services provided.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid directly to Liv A Little Loud for planning services.
