These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Liv A Little Loud LLC (“Liv A Little Loud,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or party (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) engaging our travel planning and concierge services.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Liv A Little Loud LLC provides customized travel planning, advisory, and concierge services, which may include:

  • itinerary design and consultation

  • accommodation and experience recommendations

  • booking coordination

  • supplier referrals and reservations

  • group and international travel planning

  • destination research and logistical coordination

We act solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers.

2. Planning & Concierge Fees

Liv A Little Loud charges planning and concierge fees for professional services rendered.

  • Planning fees are non-refundable once services begin.

  • Fees compensate for research, expertise, itinerary development, and coordination services.

  • Payment of a planning fee confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Planning fees are separate from travel supplier costs.

3. Payments & Bookings

Depending on the arrangement:

  • Clients may pay travel Suppliers directly, or

  • Payments may be processed through Liv A Little Loud on behalf of Suppliers or as part of service coordination.

All bookings are subject to Supplier terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

Liv A Little Loud is not responsible for pricing changes made by Suppliers prior to confirmed payment.

4. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change until confirmed and paid.

Quotes provided are estimates and may change due to:

  • supplier availability

  • currency fluctuations

  • taxes or government fees

  • fuel surcharges or operational adjustments

We cannot guarantee pricing until reservations are secured.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and modification policies are determined primarily by individual Suppliers.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • cancellations may result in penalties or forfeited payments

  • refunds, if available, are issued according to Supplier policies

  • Liv A Little Loud planning fees remain non-refundable

Change requests after itinerary confirmation may incur additional service fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate traveler information

  • review confirmations promptly

  • verify travel dates, names, and details before approval

  • obtain required passports, visas, and documentation

  • comply with all travel regulations and entry requirements

Liv A Little Loud is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

Clients who decline travel insurance accept responsibility for financial losses resulting from cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or unforeseen disruptions.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Liv A Little Loud does not own or operate travel services. All transportation, accommodations, tours, and experiences are provided by independent third-party Suppliers.

We are not liable for acts, omissions, or performance failures of Suppliers.

9. Force Majeure

Liv A Little Loud shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters

  • weather events

  • pandemics

  • government actions

  • labor disputes

  • transportation interruptions

  • political instability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liv A Little Loud LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel arrangements.

Any liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Liv A Little Loud for planning services.

11. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, travel plans, and written materials created by Liv A Little Loud are proprietary and intended solely for Client use.

These materials may not be reproduced, shared, or used to book travel independently without written consent.

12. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated without notice.

Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
