  • I design the full arc of your trip, structuring the experience from arrival through departure with intention. The result is a cohesive journey shaped around you.

  • I design and coordinate your trip from beginning to end, overseeing accommodations, transportation logistics, dining access, curated experiences, and the overall structure of your itinerary. Every detail is thoughtfully managed so you can travel with ease and confidence.

  • You begin by submitting an inquiry and sharing your vision, timeline, and investment range. I design a customized proposal tailored to your priorities, and we refine the details together through scheduled touchpoints as the trip takes shape. Some clients prefer to be closely involved, while others prefer a more seamless, hands-off experience. I adapt to your preferred level of involvement while coordinating every booking and logistical detail.

  • For international travel, I recommend reaching out 4 to 8 months in advance. For domestic travel, 2 to 4 months is ideal. Milestone celebrations and peak season travel should be planned as early as possible to secure preferred accommodations and experiences.

    Last-minute requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • My concierge service is structured as a planning fee equal to 10% of the total trip cost, for which I design and coordinate on your behalf. The fee reflects the level of personalization, coordination, and hands-on oversight required to deliver a seamless, fully tailored experience.

    Planning begins with a $150 non-refundable planning retainer, which initiates itinerary design and coordination with trusted travel partners. This retainer is applied toward your total trip invoice once bookings are confirmed.
